This is the first song we recorded as the Gravediggaz in 92” . It was the intro to our demo and it was actually recorded the day I introduced these guys to each other at my house . 7th - The Ides of March is in theaters. New film by George Clooney. I try to avoid spoilers but it seems to be a political tale starring Clooney and Ryan Gosling. Watch the trailer.
11th - Murs & Ski Beatz album Love & Rockets 1: The Transformation. Get it here. Ski Beatz became known for his work with Camp Lo in the 90s. He has had a resurgence working with newer acts like Curren$y. Here he teams up with Living Legend member Murs for what I hope ends up being a nice album.
18th - Batman Arkham City for Xbox360 / PS3 - I was a HUGE fan of the first Batman game been waiting for this one all year.
18th - Beats Rhymes and Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest comes out on DVD / Blu-ray - A documentary about the historic hiphop group A Tribe Called Quest by Michael Rapaport. Watch the trailer.
25th - Attack the Block comes out on DVD / Blu-ray - A British science fiction film that has aliens landing in the hood and going against a street gang. I haven’t seen it but after seeing the trailer a while back it’s been on my radar, seems entertaining. Written and directed by Joe Cornish. Watch the trailer.
